VIP Packages can only be purchased online. They are not available on the phone or at the venue’s box office. Visit https://www.hunterhayes.com/ to find VIP packages for a show near you!

VIP packages may be packaged with seat locations in the venue which are not ADA accessible. But, that doesn’t have to stop you from participating! We’d love to help make sure you have a great time as our VIP guest with appropriate ADA accommodations to the best of the venue’s ability. To allow someone else to pick up a VIP package you have purchased, simply provide the transferee with a copy or picture of your photo ID. Including a note authorizing the transfer and a making sure your guest has a copy of the info email will be helpful!

Look out for an email from support@seated.com about 48 hours before show day with VIP information for your show, including when and where to check in, and how to pick up your merchandise. VIP check-in times may vary, but check-in for your VIP package may start as early as two hours before doors open to the general public.

VIP merchandise will only be distributed at the show during VIP check-in. If you know you’ll be running late, please email support@seated.com and we’ll do our best to make arrangements for you to receive your VIP merchandise on site.

You will select the delivery method for your show tickets during your ticket purchase. VIP check-in will be run from a guest list, you must have a show ticket in order to enter the show.

VIP check-in will take place prior to the show, and times may vary! This is why we recommend being ready to check in at the venue about 2 hours before doors open to the general public.

The original purchaser will receive all of the VIP merchandise for the group at check in. To make your entry as easy as possible, we recommend that you try to arrive and check in at the same time, if possible.

VIP packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the purchase policies on your receipt for additional information.

A general admission or “GA” ticket is located in a first-come, first-serve, open area of the venue. Seating in the GA area is not guaranteed and can’t be reserved. For questions about your ticket location, feel free to contact us at support@seated.com.
